Cidermaker’s Notes: This is another of our Heirloom cider series, which is highlighted by a small selection of high-quality heirloom cider apples.The four apples present in this blend deliver a wonderful combination of rich flavor and intense tannin. Sweet candied apples dominate the nose, with hints of honey and baking spice. Baked apple, grapefruit, and leather are embedded among this dry cider that does not lack for tannin. Although the first sip may leave your mouth dry, this quaffable cider will have you coming back for more! Pairs well with Pork and Barbequed Vegetables, and Caramel corn. Best served at 50-60°F.
