Single varietal cider. We sourced these apples from 5 Mile Orchard just outside of Watsonville, CA. Crafted exclusively from Macintosh apples, this cider bursts with bright citrus notes and a whisper of pineapple on the finish. Its naturally crisp character is complemented by a medium body that brings just the right amount of weight to the palate. Refreshing and well-balanced, this cider showcases the McIntosh apple in its purest form—lively, aromatic, and unmistakably fresh.

Single varietal cider. We sourced these apples from 5 Mile Orchard just outside of Watsonville, CA. This cider is a continuation of our single varietal cider series. This warm and inviting cider is perfect for any season! The Gravenstein apple has a long history in California. They were first planted in the early 1800’s near Sonoma, CA. Thousands of acres were planted in orchards near what is now the Gravenstein Highway, California State Route 116. This cider features a bouquet of Jasmine and Orange peel, and follows with a long finish of golden honey. Pairs well with grilled salmon, pulled pork, and Danish Blue cheese. Best served at 45-55° F.

Co-fermented with juicy blackberries, this off-dry cider offers a vibrant expression of the fruit, with a light body, bold berry aromatics, and a smooth vanilla finish. Crafted to showcase the land and the fruit it bears, this bottle is a true reflection of place. Pairs beautifully with Roquefort cheese, angel food cake, or dark chocolate.
Best enjoyed chilled at 40–50°F.

 A blend of cider apples consisting of equal amounts of Kingston Black, Frequin Rouge, Kerrmerrien, and Ashmead’s Kernel. This is the second of our Heirloom cider series, highlighted by a small selection of high-quality heirloom cider apples. This golden-colored cider has a nutty aroma layered with orange peel, and crisp apple, sherbert, and honey form a light-bodied cider that will surely dance across your palate. This crisp and dry cider pairs well with charcuterie and fruit, pasta with a buttery white wine sauce, and roasted pork chops. Best served at 45-55°F.
