This cider is co-fermented with peaches to create a wonderful blend of peach and apple notes that are sure to please. We added fresh ginger during the aging process to give a hint of spice that balances well with the blast of peach. Pairs well with Grilled Lemon Garlic Chicken, Grilled Shrimp Tacos, and Pecan Pie. with Best served at 45-55°F.
