    We start with our classic West Coast blend of apples, finished slightly sweeter to highlight the bright, juicy character of fresh fruit. Aromatic sage adds a subtle savory layer, bringing depth and intrigue. The balance of sweet apple, lively acidity, and herbal notes evokes a spring meadow—fresh, vibrant, and distinctive.

  • Pine Crest

    BAKED APPLE, ORANGE PEEL, CRISP

    Pine Crest is a blend of Dabinett, Porter’s Perfection, and McIntosh apples. The first sip is bright, fresh apple that gently folds into baked apple. There’s an orange-peel, almost citric tannin on the finish, where the balance of acid and tannin leaves your mouth somehow dry and salivating at the same time.

  • Harvest Moon

    TART APPLE, LEMON, EARTHY

    Harvest Moon is a blend of Gravenstein, Jonathan, and Rome apples with Bartlett pears, all harvested from Sonoma County. It spent a year aging in stainless, followed by another year in the bottle, allowing the flavors to deepen, meld, and settle into something truly special. ABV: 6.7% Dry
