Fall 2025 Bottle Release: New Ciders & Tasting with the Cidermaker
As the crisp air settles in and the leaves turn gold, we’re welcoming the season with two exciting new ciders that capture the best flavors of fall. Join us for their debut on Sunday, November 16th, and experience them first at our Guided Tasting & Food Pairing Event with cidermaker Ashlee.
This Fall’s Lineup:
Harvest Moon – Harvest Moon is a celebration of the season’s bounty a wild apple and pear blend fermented to near dryness. The pear lends a touch of sweetness and a soft, layered complexity to the bright apple base. The result is a beautifully balanced cider with subtle fruit character and a dry, refreshing finish. Whether you’re sipping a glass on tap or bringing home a bottle, Harvest Moon embodies autumn in a pour.
No Pies – No Pies is a decadent cider meant for fireside evenings and dessert lovers alike. This fortified cider carries warm notes of baking spice, apple, and a touch of brandy-like heat. Smooth, bold, and comforting. Why? Because we don’t make pies.
These ciders will be released on November 16, 2025 to club members & the public. Ciders will not be sold prior.
Tasting + Pairing Experience at 11:00am
Join us for a guided tasting with our cider maker and a fun pairing. We will be sampling & pairing 4 ciders.
Tickets are required for the pairing:
$5 for members (includes 1 guest at member pricing)
$15 for non-members or additional guests

Ponderosa Cider Co. at The Alley will be open 11am–6pm.
